The Domus

Our charming retreat, where elegance and comfort come together. Our property offers three spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom for your complete privacy.

On the ground floor, you will find a wonderful common reading room and a welcoming living area with kitchen and wine cellar, perfect for moments of conviviality. And for those looking for an even more exclusive experience, there is the possibility of renting the entire structure.

The living area

A welcoming and shared environment, where the living rock of the hill enters the room, framed by a glass wall that preserves its ancient soul.
Here, the equipped kitchen and an intimate space dedicated to tasting coexist, our small wine shop. It is the warm heart of the Domus: a place to prepare a simple meal, savor a glass of local wine or simply stop, in silent dialogue with the stone.

The reading room

An intimate and welcoming environment, designed for those who love slow time and the pleasure of conversation.
Between wooden tables, soft lights and shelves of books, the reading room is the space where you can relax in the evening, immerse yourself in a page, or share thoughts and stories during our literary conversations.
It’s also the perfect place for a quiet, inspirational break in front of the TV.

The garden

Surrounded by the ancient medieval walls of the Castrum, the garden of Domus Serravalle is a space of peace and preserved beauty.
Among centuries-old trees, scented rose bushes, a small gazebo and comfortable deckchairs, here time passes slowly.
The discreet presence of a hot tub completes the experience: an invitation to let yourself go, lulled by the greenery, the stones and the sky.

Breakfast

Breakfast is not served inside the Domus, but we still want to offer you a special start to the day.
You can enjoy it with a dedicated voucher at the bar in the charming Piazzetta Flaminio, a few steps from the structure, or choose to prepare it yourself in our fully equipped shared kitchen.
